Two new commemorative dollars coming

    The Girl Scouts will be next. That organization's American centennial is in 2012.

    Love those delicious cookies, too.

    We could have a lengthy series of quarters, each with a different flavor ! :D

    Personally, I like the Thin Mints (no pun intended).

    It looks like the American Infantry will be a three piece set

    Each version would have the U.S. Mint issue the following uncirculated and proof coins:

    $5 gold coin with a limited mintage of 100,000
    $1 silver dollar with limit of 500,000
    50c clad limited to 750,000

    (1) A surcharge of $35 per coin for the $5 coin.
    (2) A surcharge of $10 per coin for the $1 coin.
    (3) A surcharge of $5 per coin for the half dollar coin.
