1981 D Quarter.... is this Doubled Die?

    I can’t find anything about a 1981 D quarter DDO- only P. So- am I seeing a DDO or just normal wear and tear? It’s actually the nicest 1981 quarter I have, lol! Thanks in advance!

    I know you’ve helped me out before- can you atleast tell me that there is mechanical doubling going on here?? Or am I just completely BLIND??!!!!

    I'm not seeing any doubling. I think the reflection of the light on the worn details of the coin may give the doubling affect that you are seeing.
