In searching quarter rolls I have found that the Virginia is the most frequently encountered state quarter followed closely by Massachusetts.
Excluding the newest releases from 05,what does everyone else find most
    Common?
Im on the west coast so 90% of what i see are Denver mint issues.

Here, the most common are Delaware, New York, and the Carolinas. Basically all around here is Philly. :(

I find that New York, Delaware and Virginia are the most common near Chicago.

Loads and loads of Carolina, Florida and especially Texas. Folks must have brought them with them when they decided to come and ski.

I get mostly an even load of them...I think I see more 1999 than some...some I don't see is TX-d's....in fact..I bet I haven't seen a TX'd since they minted them....others are getting harder to find....but not to the place were I can't get them.
my dad thinks that the last year is going to be the hardest to find....I don't know what I think about the whole 10 years of coins :D

First, welcome to the neighborhood, Raymond!

It is best if you start your own thread and be sure to include good photos of both sides of the coin. More often than not, people mistake environmental discoloration for a coin missing the clad layer, and that is why we need to see photos.

New Hampshire, New York, Connecticut, Illinois and Oregon. The top five in order of frequency. Which, coincidentally, I'm getting more in near mint lately with the roll searchers looking for West Point issues. So, thank you!

Look at your Red Book. They list the mintages so you can easily see which date is the most common. Some dates circulate more in a given area.
