Most are probably worth not much more than face and can be sold in bulk.

The trick will be for you to determine which may be worth more and is it worth your time to try to get more for them.

Separate out any with very low serial numbers (under 100 & 1000) Any under 1000 will have added value and under 100 goes up much more. Next is to separate by date - You can eliminate many by checking one from a group with the same date and reserve. http://www.mycurrencycollection.com/reference/stars/

If the run size is bigger than 64,000 and in this table the value probably is not worth much more than face unless the serial number is special (low/binary/radar/repeater.) Older notes can vary and condition will have a lot to do with value. This should help a little to narrow down notes to specifically ask about. I would say work from there if you are asking for specific values. You will need to list specific denomination, serial numbers, date and series.

For your example 1988 $100 B_* I would say no or little added value -
