You can report your concerns, with justifications, to ebay; or you can just complain about it here.

If you think it's described incorrectly, tell them what reasons you have for believing that. If you think it's counterfeit, tell them what reasons you have for believing that.

Complaints and negative comments are meaningless without followup action.

I did report it as , wrongly represented , when I see a bid of $2,000 I figure the buyer doesn't know how to grade and is going by the sellers description . And if more people do the same it may save someone from getting ripped off .

From the photos, I honestly can't tell (I'm no Morgan expert). If I were buying, I would be concerned by: private auction format; f.o.c.(feedback of concern) on toolhaus.org; and the fact that there is a huge jump in price of this issue between au and ms. There would be a large incentive for sliders to be offered as ms, or for doctoring to be performed, although I am not suggesting that that is the case here. I don't think that reporting this item to the ccw would go very far, nor would reporting a listing violation, since no numeric grade is in the title. Caveat emptor!

But he has it listed as a GemUnc a gem = MS-65 , look at Liberties hair , or the eagles breast , lots of wear I'd call it AU-50 .

I'd worry more about it being genuine, don't think it is. Definitely not unc.

The guy e-bayed after the sale and said I made up my ID just to harass powersellers like him along with a lot of other cute stuff .

If the seller e-mailed you, then you must have made your initial report to him instead of ebay. What good do you think that was going to do? You have to make your reports to ebay.

I thought I could reason with him first , and then report it to e-bay , next time I'll just report it to e-bay ,

There is another rule on Ebay about listing Red Book values anywhere in the listing, which this seller did, so that's a violation (see this post - http://www.cointalk.org/showpost.php?p=430152&postcount=51 ).

GemUnc isn't MS-65 but it is MS-60 or above. However, Ebay doesn't seem to consider that an infraction and I'd have to agree with them on that one, although I'd easily agree that this coin doesn't qualify as Uncirculated. ;)

    Ribbit :)
