    multiple instances of damage

    probably at least one episode of kissing a vise.
    and then maybe a hole cutter instead of using a drill.
    of course, the best way to answer this is to ask the person that created the damage.

    Sorry if this sounds crass, but a fool & his tools. Some folks just love to confuse other folks. This is the kind of stuff that ends up on Etsey & Listia all the time.
