How did we get back to Gold? We were on Tokens and medals.
Back on track. You need to play off a date of the last post.

 

Back to US coins. I'm playing off the 1882 date.

 

I thought tokens and medals were wild, like gold.

 

My fault. The thread is 10 years old and I have not done a good job of bringing up the rules we started with. I'll try to clear it up.
I think that wild is messing things up.

Tokens and medals are wild. You can post any token or medal.
Gold is wild. You can post any gold coin.
Commemoratives are wild as well. You can post any commemorative.

Each of these three groups are separate from each other. Wild only works with that same group. They don't mix.

You can change from one group to the next if you play off the date of the last post or change to a different coin type if you play off of the date.

I'm sorry for the confusion and thank you to all that have kept this thread alive for all these years.
