I have a 2006 south Dakota quarter that has letters all through the coin that you can see with a 1000x help please
Well I might need to get my eyes checked but I see what I see with my 1000 Power Scope and that's what's in the Buffalo letters and numbers all through it and you can take that to the bank or no you know what I'll probably take it to the bank
Gonna be honest, anything beyond 20x is pretty much irrelevant. Most error collectors want to collect coins with errors they can SEE with either their eyes, or a magnifier. If you zoom in so close than you can start to see the individual atoms, it sort of defeats the point.
No need to waste a perfectly good quarter... On a side note, I've never lived close to a river. It's always interesting when I hear people talk about "going to the river" when I've never even been close to a real life river.
Any coin that is looked at with 1000x is going to have a Mint error. If it's over 10x it's nothing but magnification.
