The original was struck normally, not fully ejected. The next planchet was inserted into the striking chamber. The next strike was across part of the original coin. This is a Partial Indent
What you have there, is a double struck obverse . And the second strike on the reverse, is called a uniface ..
Correct. Just a Double Strike. A Partial Indent occurs when there is another Planchet on top of the Cent and it indents it. That is not what you have. Here is a great example I just acquired from Fred Weinberg and a few others I own.. First coin is my newest -

You've been told by several members, including me, that this is a double struck coin. You've been show examples by one member that's a collector of Mint errors. He is considered an expert on errors. Listen to what we are saying so you can learn the truth. And tell the people that told you 4 different things so they will have correct knowledge of the error.
