Getting sucked into the darkside

After watching this forum for a while and with the help of a generous gift from Ziggy, I am rapidly getting sucked over to the darkside.

I am amazed by all the different designs of the coins, both world and ancients. I think it is great that for a reasonable price you can buy coins that span the ages. Each one has a story to tell and has stood the test of time.

I have always been interested in word history, but lately I have been researching on line and buying books on Roman history and world coins. The book I am reading rigth now is "Money,a history". It has been interesting learning about the coinage and seeing the pics of the ancient Roman, byzentine, and Islamic coins.

Next I suppose will be starting to buy a few coins. I am fascinated by the electrum coins and may have to save my loose change to buy one at some point.

I wanted to thank every body for advice and guidence, past and future.
Thanks alot guys, now I have even more things to consume my money.

I'm a bit confused
I collect world coins including US coins (US coins are world coins to me remember..lol) but not ancient coins.

Which side I belong to? Hopefully not the gray side.

 

dont worry the kids playground is not part of the side business

So I guess when I post here I am on the light side again!! Kind of like like walking into the sunset and turning around and seeing the sunrise, It depends on which side of the horizon I am looking from.

yes provided they have paid their taxes. and i havent seen any money come in. not only that but these guys talk about dethronign me all the time i think i should get them all locked up. i am looking for someone to head that area though interested?
