    i am really troubled by lack of work done on the cents and the excessive hairlines designation

    The excessive hairline tag seems wrong for most of the coins . I also think they could have done a better job conserving a couple of the coins , like the spots on the '82 Rupia .

    1. How can I tell what they have done or not done ? That would require before / after pictures.
    2. This is the first time I have seen the "excessive hairlines" designation. From those pictures, it is impossible to tell.
    3. Did NCS perform conservation services on any of these coins ? ... or did they merely encapsulate problem coins ?

    These are problem coins. I feel it's a good thing to list the problem(s) on the slab.
