    ah a fan of unlisted varieties like myself. good good. nice set of coins. You really will be lonely without me here GD. i think of all the people you are the happiest because of me being here on CT :D ;) either that or you have gone and watched kungfu panda on the sly ;)

    ok we have a deal. Dont become upset if after cracking the gold 2 anan from the slab it turns out to be made of brass. however i have your word i am going to get rich. lets meet at berk's that way i can sell those right there and make off with the booty :D

    I'll make new photos

    3 are currently spending time in Sarasota Florida but I'll make new photos of the 7 of which I have access. It is great to hear from another V-nickel enthusiast.

    Wow, wow, wow....some great photos of some gorgeous coins. I'd love to own many of these old type gems, especially in MS seen here. Very humbling to see such finery and realize I'll never own something like that. Oh well, I've moved on to collecting Conder tokens now with the realization that I don't have the cash to collect the high end U.S. type!

    1885 and 12-S V-Nickels

    Here are the 85 and 12-S which I have available to photograph today. One of my 12-S is away from home vacationing in Sarasota Florida right now. These 3 photos were just taken with the coins on a wooden table. I'll take an up-close photo of each on a white background & post a new thread.

    LOL.....Any of them would make me happy but the one thats enlarged is very attractive.
