The limit for cents and nickels is 5 dollars isn't it?
I just wanted to make sure so I don't get arrested for shipping 4 bucks in change to a foreign collector :) :)

how many days do you want to spend in a federal pen? its not worth sending nickels to a foreign collector IMHO just send them othe things unless modern nickels is all they want

Its Jefferson nickels that I'm trading for foreign coins. I don't think they'll send me to prison for sending $4.05 face value of Jefferson's to a collector in another country. Do you?

No dude, you're good. Just don't ship any dynamite, Jim Beam, or nudie magazines with it and the feds will let it pass this time.

just be careful thats all. I am sure they have mechanisms to distinguish between a one time shipment and multiple shipments of less than $5.
