Some More Circulation Finds (Indian)

Last week was a lucky week for me in ma shop. Had some amazing finds. With the holidays inching closer (read Indian Christmas....lol) the cash box is clinking more than normal with great notes and coins.
This is the first find. An old Indian 20 Rupees note in AU with light horizontal and vertical crease through centre.



This is my 2nd find; an Indian well circulated 50 Rupees repeater, thankfully with no ink marks.



This is my third find, a binary repeater. It's an Indian 100 Rupees note with a few creases but still a nice one.



And the last and my most favorite find till date. A 100 Rupees RadaR in AU.:smile

nice too bad the market there doesnt appreciate it but its real ncie look for OMS and star notes as well those are good and also the 10 ruppee coin that comes out this diwali

 

Star notes???? Do we have those in India?? Never heard or seen one.
I have read somewhere about the new 10 Rupees coin but don't know whether its a commemorative or definitive one. I don't know how the RBI distributes coins but I'm yet to find the new 50 Paise coins in circulation in my town.

 

the 10 20 50 re have star notes. slightly diff than american notes here the star is before the number not after. def comem does not make sense with modern indian coinage after 1992 ill tell you why some other day its a long long para to type but the 10 re coin is meant for general circulation

 

Nice colorful notes , the radar is really nice , wish US notes would be as colorful or at least show some good designs .

Can you show me an example Spock?
I have gone through so many notes but hadn't noticed any star after the serial. Pics would certainly be helpful if you got one.

US notes can certainly use some colors but the designs are not that bad IMO.

Nice notes Kidradar and if you happen to find a lot of examples of those radar notes and dont really wish to keep them all ... well .. you know lol
