No. That is the way to tell on actual dates that are possibly WAMs. 1993 is NOT one of those dates. Also, that 93 is clearly a Close AM.

It’s clearly a close am you say? Because when you look up the difference it certainly looks more like a wide am to me.
You gotta realize that not every Close AM is touching. Look at the difference in the spacing of AM and ME. On a Wide AM, that should be pretty much even.
The designer's initials don't mean a dang thing if the date isn't on the list. Didn't you look at the link I gave you? 1993-D isn't even on the list! Save that list, dood! ~ Chris
