    But it's worn, maybe literally, and got a hole in it. Does it have value?

    Yes it has value but it's not going to let you retire. The value will be very low.

    The hole ruins it. If it had rays, it could have a little value in that condition.
    This is a severely damaged coin, as a cull it could bring a dollar at most.
