Need Help. 2014 D Cent

    This one has me confused. Looks like a vise job with the backward lettering, but I would think the edge and rim would be damaged and pushed out. The letters almost look struck into the obverse. Clean lines and the rim is not pushed out, but looks like it was done in the collar.     The rim looks missing to me o_O
    Definitely a vise job! But it is an interesting look.
