this donsent show it well but you can kind of see it just say if it is or not and if so whats it worth
Doesn't appear to be to me, just has a thick collar, possibly a MAD. (Mis-Alligned Die). But, it's a little tough to tell by the pics. I'd put it's value about 10 cents, if it's a MAD. Keep searching! Phoenix
