This is a neat Italy 1909 20 centisimi.

Obverse features a woman with decidedly tiny hands bent in a probably-uncomfortable position.
Reverse is a pretty cool flying apsara-type of lady.

    And we are waiting,...
Good thing ole Bloomberg doesn't have a coin, we would have to go back to 1/2 cent denominations, just to appease his ego.

I do apologize for somewhat crapping on your thread but you did ask for coins of people with small hands...i think you and I probably posted the only 2 coins that qualify such a narrow niche of collecting.

The hands and face on the original coin don't seem to be in the same plane of depth to me. I think the hands are normal sized, and the face is large as it is meant to be very close in the foreground. It's her right hand, so it should be further from the surface plane than her face is.

There are late Roman bronze coins where the emperor is portrayed with tiny little undersized arms and hands, like a T-Rex. Unfortunately I do not have one. Perhaps one of our ancient coin peeps will show one.

This was my first thought as well. Unfortunately I don't have any other. Licinius has a pretty good T-Rex coin I believe.

I looked through everything I have in my digital catalog but nothing really looked quite as unnaturally small as the few above. Since everyone's talking about hands though I might as well share this since it's about the only time it'll be relevant.

I always thought these Indian coins have some of the laziest designs ever.
