West Point. This year the mint is releasing a special 'W' Jefferson with each of its three annual sets. I just received my 2020 Proof set and it included this proof 2020 W nickel.

But of course. The 'Plebes' have to muck out slave conditions producing these gems in their first year of service.

I know where it is! My freind is a retired Army sergeant and he is allowed to fish the West Point lakes with a special permit. We drive up north from NYC where we live
