No - not really. To really grade it you need to look for imperfections, which could not be seen with tiny pictures. As it is I agreed with PR70 just because I know what you post and collect. So best guess on your modern coins is PR70DCAM.

 

PCGS follows the quota system ( we are not looking for a debate here so for those of you who dont agree pass its important to explain my secrets to the other numismatists out there) in giving oit 70's the trick is to find coins not graded as 70's but are 70's and save a bunch of money.

Mark- if someone can look at a picture and tell you the difference between a 69 and a 70 hit them where it hurts the most ( GD is the best but even he wont get it right all the time)

The coins are PR-70DC ,But the holder says PR-69DC or 68*DC

very close replace the ms with pr and all of them but one is a 69 holder and yes all are dc or uc whtever you like to call them
