Idk if on the reverse is an error. On quarter dollar it look like a crease or crimp or something is in the middle of the letters. And is this a quarter with a spitting eagle . And on the obverse there is a ring inside the rim. It goes all the way around. Is this error? Wear? Or valuable?

Without pictures it is hard to accurately give you an answer. That being said, sounds like damage from a coin rolling machine.

EDIT: now that you have pictures, yes it is damage from a coin rolling machine.

Oh do u mean when they are putting new coins in a roll to be sent to the bank? And the ends are folded with a machine or like a Coke machine?
