Can anyone tell me the newest Edition of these books? I found the 36th edition for the 1900-2000 book for less then 1/2 of the issue price but wanted to make sure it was the latest edition. Also, if anyone knows the newest edition of the 2001-date book i would appreciate it. I think the 1 on Amazon is 3rd edition.... I have been trying all morning to get on the Krause bookstore site to check the latest editions, but the page wont load for me, it just sits there trying to load..... weird! Amazon has both books for less then the price of the 1 (assuming they are the newest editions!!) ... so it will be nice to add them to my library so i can finnaly ID them world coins lol thanks!!!

thanks scottishmoney! Amazon beat them easily on the 1901-2000 book, but is pretty close on the 2001-date book.
try overstock.com they are the cheapest and yes the 2001 -date book came out a few weeks ago but its a waste of money in my opinion
Try bestbookbuys.com to find the cheapest place. Get the ISBN number from one of the sites and plug it in here.
why do you think it is a waste of money? I am not updating from a a year ago ... these are the first standard coin catalog books i have bought.

that version is the version that was printed in 2008 its really simple just look for the published date. even if you dont have it unless you are plannign to buy coins from 2001 to 2008 its a waste of money
