1976 no mint mark Washington quarter proof coin

  1. They have a gold tint to them and I think they are rare proofs but in not going to say I know for a fact ..... I got these coins on my 4th birthday straight from the mint and it said proof set look ill show u

    yes, pictures of the boxes, receipts, containers, etc etc always help convey exactly what you are seeing.

    The coin also has the typical weak rim on the drum seen on business strikes. Proof coins have the drum rim complete and sharp.

    Would also like to see the package they came in. You state you cut them out, mint sets are in the cello type packaging you cut, proofs are in capsules.

    As i was entering I saw a corgi chasing a squirrel holding a bag of coins. It was funny to watch and forgot to close the gate behind me.
