Not this one. Broadstrikes can't have a reeded edge. Yours looks like the obverse die was slightly misaligned. It's also got roller damage (ring around the obverse), and some nasty scrapes.

Misaligned die in which one side is off and the opposite side is off just as much but in the other direction. One side has a thin or no rim and the opposite side has a large rim. No extra value in them unless it's really off but that's another matter.
A mis-aligned die is one where at least one of the dies is not centered in the collar. The other die may be centered, misaligned in a different direction, or even mis-aligned in the same direction. (both dies misaligned in the same direction does NOT create an off-center coin)
