    I thought it was funny. Not a Doubled Die but it's zinc and my eyes are tired. Looks like common NAV Doubling to me or no added value doubling. Common on Zinc Cents.

    Better photos would help. The only doubling I can see is on the word LIBERTY and IMO it looks more like Mechanical Doubling. (Flat and shelflike).
    Edit. In the future the proper terminology is Doubled Die and Doubled Date. (Notice the d on the end of each word).
