$50 - Low Serial Number?

    Found this sitting in my wallet today. Low enough number to keep or spend it? Thanks.

    It's close. I'd keep it myself but that's just me. It would have been nice to have one more zero up front. Thst crease down the center really doesn't help.

    How did you "find" this in your wallet? Lol

    Usually you need 5 zeros to be worth keeping (6 is better). I would save a 4 zero dollar, but IMO, a 4 zero $50 with creases just ties up a lot of money with no real possibility of it ever being worth more than face value

    a three digit number would be better, note sure yours would bring much of a premium though.

    Almost. But not low enough.
    If it had other qualities then the serial wouldn't hurt.
    $50 same as in town.

    I guess not much over face, but I don't often come across a serial under 10k unless I specifically look for one online.
