Does anyone have a clue about this little snakey provincial?

    Fabulous snake.. Serpent. I'll try to check about the Roman Emperor on obverse.

    I don't have any clue as to the bust either. Looks a bit like Augustus?, but the coin has the fabric of a later issue, maybe? I'm not often stumped, but this little bugger is testing my patience. It looks generally Thracian.
