Not from that photo. I think it's the face on Mars shot through Vaseline

Looks like someone etched numbers on a chocolate brownie.

    Now I'm hungry.

Coinblaster....Im going to ask a serious question. Im not being a jerk. Let me repeat, Im not being a jerk or attempting to insult you or otherwise make fun. Having said that, look at that picture and tell me if you really thought anyone besides the good Lord himself (maybe not even him) could make any conclusion whatsoever? OK, dont answer this question. Take a breath and take time to get a decent photo. Take a bunch if needed and find the best one.

When posting a coin, please post clear photos of both sides of the entire coin with closeups of the area in question. Thank you.

ALWAYS show images of the ENTIRE front and back first. Then you can provide microscopic closeups if you want.

More than likely the full coin images will provide ALL the information needed as the ENTIRE coin can provide clues into other areas.

It does look like an x ray image of a damaged large date.
Still waiting on the regular, clear photo.

Staying true to your name huh @Coinblaster ?
As others have said, step away from the microscope and take some clear photos with your cell phone.
