    I hate to rain on your parade, but that was found in 1944.

    Yeah, he found the coin in 1944. Recently his heirs had the coin authenticated and sold it. Coin World ran a story about the coin recently. It told about how Wing contacted the Mint, US Treasury, Smithsonian Institute and professionals through the years trying to get the coin authenticated in the days before TPGs.

    oh it reminds me i found a silver 1945 penny in my recent search its probably coated or something but who knows il post pics and see what you guys have to say.
