my two dollars

I do not collect paper money but i saw this on e bay two dollar bill with a set of 2019-s ATB quarters and i said i have to have it so i get it it has low number on it but i do not know how good it is can any one tell me more about it or should i keep or get rid of it by the by it is uncirculated any thoughts will be greatly appreciated posting obverse i was not able to show the entire bill sorry it stock

One more zero would help. (2 more ideal).
It does seem pretty crisp which is an important factor.
To me, it's $2. But it doesn't cost much to hold on to it, if you like it,
or if you are trying to find a buyer. Personally, I would pay $2.
But that's just me. I would say very close, but it's a miss.

 

A very nice condition note, with a low serial #. Would be a keeper for me.

Under 10,000 not low. Under 100 is low.
Under 1,000 would be a little better.

 

It's low but not low enough to a collector. If you buy it just keep the two in a safe place. It really needs to be under 1000 to draw collector interest.
