found while searching for war nickels. nice surprise, good date buffalo. Anyone have an opinion on grade or value? I'm guessing this worth more than any silver nickel I might (but did not) have found.

Certainly more than any silver nickel I've ever found in circulation. Looks to me like a $30 coin on eBay. (I'm no good at grading Buffs, but it looks to me like you can't go by the horn on this particular coin -- yeah, there's a lot of horn there, but the rest of the coin is pretty heavily worn.)
A few days ago I dumped $5.00 in pennies in a machine at a credit union. I always check the reject slot. I found about .65 cents and a 1905 IHC in VG condition. 105 years just circulating until I found it for my collection. Waiting for my next find.
