Are these worth anything? I have been holding onto these for over a year.. I dont even know anything about them except they are kinda older... I've got a $2 1976, $2 1995, $10 *note 1969, $20 1985, $20 1990. Didnt even notice the 10 was a star note till literally right now when I typed it Haha.... but are they worth anything more than face value? Oh and p.s. I would never write on money lol, it was not me. Haha..
You might find a collector for the star note, but I doubt that you'd find anyone paying more than face value for the others. ~ Chris
I don't collect them, but someone posted a link for them some time back. Why don't you check the CT Search function? ~ Chris
I am at face value on all of them. You can look up star notes here: (but your circulated condition and folds hurt) http://www.mycurrencycollection.com/reference/star-notes/lookup Enter the correct denomination, year and letter if applicable, serial number and *
Al face value.. Collectors want currency in better condition than yours are. Sorry. To many folds and bends.
In my opinion the $10 star note is the one worth keeping since most collector would keep old star notes that are in circulated condition since they are harder to find.
