wow lucky! Lately at work the Wheaties have actually been slowing down! out of the past 4 good finds I've had (from the past 5 days), 1 was a wheatie (1935 actually) and the other 3 have been Nickels. Old nickels always seem to pop up
Hey Wheatman, When I was more than a few years younger.... Let's put it this way, The sign in front of where I worked said almost a million sold and I wore a paper hat the choices were hamburger, or cheeseburger a burger was 15 cents, 2 cents more for a cheeseburger. And I did meet Ray Kroc..... Anyway, the owners were great ...anything I found I could keep as long as I replaced it in the till. That was a great help in my coin collecting endeavors! Congratulations on your finds!! Have Fun, Bill
interesting, no one asked if some little old lady spent them for a quart of milk and he didn't tell her thet they were worth more to a coin dealer. hmmm... back to the ethics thread. [just sarscasm.]
