Setting up for the badge Well, As I had mentioned some time ago we have a young man working at our shop. He's a Boy Scout and was working on that Merit Badge. Problem is that none of his counselors had any real coin knowledge so they asked us at the shop. Well today I got the honor! Now as much as I clown around (I'm like that in person too) this was serious stuff. It was an unusually slow day so I had the list and me and Matt went at it. Actually spent a few hours with him on this list. He did well and learned a few things while we were at it. He deserves the badge and I was honored to recommend it. Now we'll see how the Scouts handle it. You know what was really cool about the whole thing? Matt sincerely thanked me for my time and effort. The boss has taught him a lot as has my coworker Scott. Nice to see a kid that really appreciates it. I see a very bright future for this young man. clembo
