PMD or Stuck Through Error?

    Came across this generally unremarkable coin yesterday. The "COL" on COLOMBIA caught my eye though. Does this look like a struck through grease error to anyone else? Or is there another striking error that could cause this? 20200128_122148.jpg 20200128_122210.jpg
