This is probably Mechanical Doubling on the ONE, but it looks almost like strike doubling. It is only on the ONE and no other letters on Reverse.:kewl:
Lucky, Yes they are the same! Machine Doubling and Strike Doubling are the two different names given to the same type of doubling seen on coins. You must be thinking that "Strike Doubling" is the same as a Double Struck coin (which is fairly valuable) but they are not the same. Frank

I would say he has strike doubling (aka machine doubling). Then again he could have machine doubling (aka strike doubling). In case you didn't notice, they are the same thing.
