I know there's more there but my poor knees are really giving me trouble. Does anybody know any good tips for knee pain?

CBD oil. It comes in sort of a balm. You can just rub Icy Hot on there before you
go out. Arnica is OK too.
    Is that the lost ring?
Nice 1962 1 Escudo. Maybe worth in the 50 cent range.

Thanks for all the advice,I'll try anything at this point. No, still looking for it. I think it may be in a hole in the wall my son found. Also missing is a large change purse with 2 silver items some dollar coins and quarters I've dug in the past two weeks.

So I put in fresh batteries last night, but I don't check my rig. I am about to go and I still hadn't checked it. I flip it on and there's no signal. Broken wire. So I jerry rigged it and headed out. 2 silver rings and a half, a 55 wheatie and a 6 quarter spill. The silver ring I don't even have to test. The gold ring is stamped 925, I got a good signal, and I have another one that is gold plated over silver, so we'll test that one. The bracelet says 14K Mex but I am 99.9% brass on it. The giant ring is over an ounce, but we think it's trash.

Just finished up a three day organized hunt on a 4500 acre parcel of land near Camden SC. An area that witnessed both revolutionary and civil war history. I came away with a bag full of assorted items and about a hundred square nails. Sadly, no show stoppers though. I did happen upon one musket ball and a broken blade of some kind. And this one that I thought was cool. I showed it to the guys at main camp this morning and they tell me a soldier would carry these and drive them into a tree at camp to hang lanterns and the like on. No idea what it may be called though.

I haven't been out lately as the ground round here is covered in snow and quite frozen. Nothing more maddening than a great signal, or a batch of them, frozen solid.
Anyway, I finally did find my pinpointer in the driveway, smushed into the ice and somewhat protected by it from the passage of cars. Still works, had been out there 2 weeks;)

I've actually pulled a few good things from under snow/ patches of ice.
    But it's a pain.

Very interesting indeed! I've came to realize that things end up in places where they should never be. But I'm sure some kid dropped it while at a baseball game. But who knows. This isn't the first time I've pulled up something and thought how in the.... But I just put it in the sack and keep going HH.

I got a good signal on this ring, but it's not stamped. GF thinks it is good I am skeptical, so we will have it tested. The 1968-S is not worth anything but I like the luster considering it's 50+ years old. The 1947-S nickel is a lower mintage coin, but the condition kills any chance for value.

This was probably the best day ever. The map app ive been using finally paid off big time. I found an old tb colony on top of a mountain and ive been pulling some really cool stuff up. This ring was apprased for $4000 . The man said it was a very good quality diamond, but it needed cleaned. I gave a big chuckle and told him where i found it. We had a good laugh untill he told me he couldnt give me what i wanted. But im going back tomorrow. So lets see if i can pull some silver coins .

    Great find.
I would get another appraisal and NEVER have them clean it, as they will switch stones on you.

All the jewelers I've ever gone to will clean the ring right in front of you. They all keep the cleaners in the front of the store to allay any fears such as yours.
