Just finished my set 2 years in the making, when I first started putting this set together I was filling with coins I found in change and penny rolls but as I would find really nice 30’s era coins it dawned on me to put more effort into this, very proud of this.

Outstanding job! I don't know what it is with these Lincoln's but that's pretty much where my mint luster starts and ends as well.

This is very nice, but, my set is as found in the wild. I may have to put together a new set since I really tike this one.

Well done. Further along than mine which starts at 1938 and runs current. Hope this accomplishment motivates you to going back to 1909 for a complete series.

Dandy set, ryang! Hard pressed to pick a favorite, as there are so many beauties. But if push came to shove, I might just tab the '31......or maybe your '49. I bet you whip that baby out at least once a month to gaze over. I do that with my various trays of raw Lincolns about once a month and believe it or not, I do believe my wifey is jealous of the rascals. Last time I had them out she commented "I wish you looked at me the same way that you look at those pennies". You know, maybe if she put some of that bronze toner on I just might.

This is what I’m leaning towards maybe take out a second mortgage to fund my penny collecting for that set.
