I'm going to blame my kids for that mistake. That's acceptable when you have 3 year old twin boys and a 1 year old girl...right? Lol
I also collect those as well. I would have to go count them to be sure of how many I have. I'm currently bidding on about 6 or 7 of them. It's sort of an obsession, based on the fact that the Columbian was the first collectable coin I ever saw, and it was my Dad's and shown to me by him. I would hold the coin and dream about being on that ship standing next to Columbus. Funny thing, I don't want just one in a top grade. I want as many as I can get in almost any grade. That is driven by two things : My memories of him, and my desire to collect silver coins for as close to, or below, melt as I can get. Hey, keep building those memories for that Grandson. He's a Fine Looking Lad !
