I completely agree with ya Greenie, and I will welcome the reverse proof Jeffy into my collection ... as a bonus to the coins I really want ... but it will still take a lot of scotch for me to warm up to this...

At the FUN show, I overheard one dealer remark to another that there were reports that some of the vending machines had spit out a W quarter.

He handed his page a stack of bills and said "Get them all."

 

Now that's just bloody pathetic..........are these guys that hard up to make 'cash'?

 

There was one dealer's case where, I'm not joking, he had 5 stacks of W mint quarters certified in PCGS and NGC slabs, and there were at least 6-7 in each stack. I asked him how much he wanted for one, and there were far more $$$ attached than I was expecting.

 

God Awful......

I disagree. I like the reverse proofs. I'm looking to eventually put together a set of them all (doubt I'll be able to though if they are priced like last years ASE!!).
