It's actually best if you ignore the holder regardless of what name is on it. Asking questions about a coin from people whom you believe will give you an honest answer prior to bidding/buying a coin is the best route. Eventually, you will become educated and knowledgeable enough to make your own determinations and pass your opinions down to new collectors who ask the same questions you do right now.
