Any thoughts on this 1983 penny with second image

    Very cool, split plate doubling I think. Wait for others opinions.

    IMO it does look like split plate doubling. Photos of both sides of the entire coin would help a lot. Thank you.

    What about the quarter i have! There are line's on both sides of the rim and only on the letters o the first n the t i c and u a couple of branches to the right and the base of the tree.Sorry about the bad photos

    When posting a coin always show the whole coin, front & Back.And in it's proper orientation.

    Some folks will pass on a thread that has incomplete and sideways photos.
    Take some time and put a little effort into your post.

    The 1983 cent is definitely split plsting.
    Nothing major.
