I'm calling it a 66 from the TPGs but my personal grade would be a high 65. It just has a few too many small nicks in prime focal areas and the scuffing(?) in the primary obverse focal field is distracting. But I think the grading services would easily call this a 66.
Well done, everyone! With 65 guesses, CT guessed 65.4 - and PCGS CAC called it 65 also. As some of you mentioned, I think this is a strong 65. However, I think it does not make 66 for a couple of reasons - first, the hit on the N is pretty big. Second, the field in front of the bust has a decent number of marks. I do not think these are spots, as someone mentioned they might be, I think these are minor tickmarks. However, the luster is superb and the strike is strong. This is a solid and attractive 65.
