Chicago area coin shows

    I live in eastern Iowa. There are quite a few shows here in Iowa, however many of the same dealers fill each bourse. The inventory can get stale. I see frequent shows listed at numismaster.com in both Lemont and Countryside. Are these worth driving 3 1/2 hours to see?

    come on down to schaumburg tomorrow another hour wont kill you but you will enjoy the show

    Do you know when and where the Illinois state show is this year Spock?
    Believe it's in early September but not sure where.

    Used to hit that show when it was in Harvey and always enjoyed it. Might be worth a trip from Iowa.

    forget Lemont, it's small and full of crabby people

    Countryside is very nice and there's always a decent amount of dealers who are willing to bargain if you know your stuff.

    i had a dealer tell me it was september 7 or thereabouts in this area i hope its rosemont but i will have to check.
