Poor seller feedback, poor pics. Hard pass.
The coin doesn't look correct. (The Denticals among other things.)

I am curious what is off with this one; I looked at it too and saw the correct reverse die breaks. Image courtesy PCGS:

I was thinking a stolen images scam of some sort but the seller has already received positive feedback. My reasoning would be what appears to be lens scratches on a TPG holder for a coin listed as uncertified.
    Lightning quick delivery for sure...

I wouldn't touch ANY coin of this type if it weren't slabbed.

I thought the style of the coin was correct and did purchase it a few days ago. The seller however had claimed that something was wrong and said he would repost the coin on Ebay and give me a refund.

The coin is real. The pictures were stolen. Let me try to find the source

Did you leave the seller positive feedback? He got a positive for that auction.

Long story behind that but needless to say it looks like I was a gullible idiot.

Hmm. What makes you think the pictures were stolen?

The die variety is BB-65. It appears to be certified by NGC in an old holder with a solid insert. The scammer cleverly cropped out the full slab and recolored the image so that a reverse image search would not work. I have not found the image yet.

It is an obvious and recurring situation. The coin is genuine. The seller is accepting far less than what it is worth, meaning he is not really trying to honestly sell the coin. This suggests that he does not actually have the coin, so the pictures are thus stolen. The images remind me of pre-2006 Heritage pics.

Agreed on the coin being real. Was way too cheap. And it looked like it had a scratched slab so I agree stolen pics
