Big Retained Cud/die break

    riff I ain't got time to bleed

    It's a Vatican token I believe. It's been a while, but if I remember correctly the change in elevation, metal flow,and slight shifting of the devices(note the lines on the U on his back dont line up at the crack) make this a retained cud instead of a rim to rim die crack. Meaning the piece of die was loose, just hadn't come out yet.     I wouldn't call it a retained cud, but it certainly is die fatigue.

    It's a rim to rim die crack. A cud is attached to the rim. Here's an example, a large one but it's a Cud.
