Kitco, silver superior coins and Apmex are all very good sights. Does anybody ever check out gold seek or silver seek?
I tend to monitor the price for both buying coins and for non-coin investment purposes. Frequently it is possible to purchase coins below melt value since many dealers are slow to adjust their common coin prices for the movement in the underlying bullion.
Don't really care much, since I do not buy or sell bullion coins. One German coin forum that I visit more or less regularly has the prices of gold and silver, in €/oz, on its front page. Hard not to see that but I do not monitor them. Christian
Kitco is my homepage... I check the market at least 2-5 times a day. All I have to say is Rhodium... sure glad I didn't invest when I had a hunch :headbang:
i try not to look at it too much. you are best off buying a little gold, often over time and not trying to beat the market imo.
Same here, I probably refresh my kitco page 15 times a day as I am always getting calls or people in the shop selling some scrap or silver coins. That and I watch it for spikes so I can call the refinery and lock end or short gold for the weekend. Its a game just like the stock market.
