It’s a 320K low print run, desirable replacement note. Unfortunately, it’s also circulated which brings the value down. If I found it, I would keep it but I wouldn’t buy it in that condition.
That fold is pretty nasty, if you collect *STARS* i would keep it, if not looks like a Walmart spender.
Not bad for a billnin change. It has been circulated so the condition brings any value way down but as a collector I'd add it to my collection. It's only five dollars.

Star notes are replacement notes so if a non star note is defective and the BEP catches it, it's number is recorded and the bill is destroyed. A star note is put in to replace that defective note. If a bill was defective a star note will replace it.
