It's not UNC but it's in really good condition.

1 - What do you think it's worth?

2 - Do you think a dealer would be interested? If so, who?

Offers to buy or sell are prohibited in this forum unless you use the proper topic. There is a for sale topic towards the bottom of the main page.

A dealer, yes. But it would need to be the right kind of dealer, such as one who sells currency beyond the typical $1 and $5 blue and red seal kind of notes. Aside from that, offer it on the "For Sale" sub forum (I would hope one day the asinine prohibition against BST is lifted on here but I don't hold out much hope) or on the WheresGeorge collector forum.

Value I would say would be around $120 on something like eBay but with fees I'd recommend offering it to a dealer or on a forum. If offered on the WG forum I'd start it near face value and see what it goes for.

Yeah, the fees on eBay are a killer. It's not worth selling anything there with the shipping and fees. You wind up losing money.

Thank you for the reference and the info!

There's a very good reason for the rule. If it wasn't in place every thread would be filled with offers to buy or sell.

Bah. Don't give me that rubbish. Perhaps for the other more "popular" areas of the forum it would be problematic but the currency sub forum on here has a small following. By relegating currency strictly to the BST area, it is easy to miss potential deals with other members because it is easy for such offerings to get mixed up and overseen amongst all of the coin-related offerings. Additionally, the BST area is often out of sight and out of mind for most users due to the inability to engage with the threads.

If you want lose many fast get yourself a seller account on ebay, you can even
Get another job to support your losses...LOL
all ebay cares about is the buyer the seller is on his own :(

15 years ago, it used to be the other way around. Eventually, sellers dug their own grave. So, blame it on the sellers. They're getting a taste of their own medicine. Who knows how long it will last.

Uncirculated, a 1950A $100 replacement note would bring $200-$300, circulated examples bring much less. I would value the note at around $125, maybe more to the right buyer.

It should sell for a small amount over face value due to condition. It appears we are having an auction and the bid itvup to $52.00. I'll go to $53.00. Lol
